Hi, my name is María Graciani, and since I was a child, I've had a special fascination with cooking. I spent hours in front of the television watching baking programs, admiring how true works of art were created from just a few ingredients. Without knowing it, that's where my passion for this sweet world began.
I've been here for 22 years, driven by my love of desserts and the dream of creating something sweet that could bring joy to others. What began as a curiosity and a hobby in my kitchen gradually became my profession and my passion.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work for renowned brands such as Splenda, Kitchen Aid, Absolut Vodka, Betty Crocker, among others. I was a professor at a university in Puerto Rico and a Pastry Chef at several restaurants and hotels, which allowed me to perfect my techniques and gain experience in different areas of baking. Every challenge and every achievement has been part of the path that has led me to where I am today: a baker proud of her career, grateful for all the opportunities, and excited to continue creating and sharing sweetness with the world.
Hola mi nombre es María Graciani y desde que era niña sentía una fascinación especial por la cocina. Pasaba horas frente al televisor viendo programas de repostería, admirando cómo de unos cuantos ingredientes nacían verdaderas obras de arte. Sin saberlo, ahí comenzó mi pasión por este mundo dulce.
Llevo 22 años, impulsada por mi amor por los postres y por la ilusión de crear algo dulce que pudiera alegrar a los demás. Lo que comenzó como una curiosidad y un pasatiempo en mi cocina poco a poco se convirtió en mi profesión y mi pasión.
A lo largo de estos años he tenido la oportunidad de trabajar para marcas reconocidas como Splenda, Kitchen Aid, Vodka Absolut, Betty Crocker entre otras. Fui profesora en una Universidad en Puerto Rico y Pastry Chef en varios restaurantes y hotels, lo que me permitió perfeccionar mis técnicas, y adquirir experiencia en distintas áreas de la repostería. Cada reto y cada logro han sido parte del camino que me ha llevado a donde estoy hoy: una repostera orgullosa de su trayectoria, agradecida por todas las oportunidades y emocionada por seguir creando y compartiendo dulzura con el mundo.
